NUCLEONOVA has participated in the conference “How to process renewable in the Valencian Community”, held in Valencia the day 28/03/19, with the participation  of the Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor, the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development and the Ministry of Housing, Public Works and Vertebration Of the Territory. The three Agencies involved in the processing of renewable energy projects.

It was the first time that the three Agencies share a public event with companies in the sector. In the act have been discussed topics such as the recent legislative change with the approval of the LOTUP, the Royal Decree power consumption, the auction of renewable or the new opportunities after the end of the plan wind farm.

The Director-General, Ms. Amparo Martinez, Director General of Industry and Energy, he explained the process of processing of any renewable energy project, which makes failure in each case, indicating in which occasions the responsible declaration is sufficient, in which cases it eliminates the Statement of Community Interest (DIC).
